Long Biography
Josh Leibner and Gershon Mader are founding partners of Quantum Performance, Inc., a boutique management-consulting firm specializing in strategic commitment and employee engagement. Over the past 20 years, they have worked with Fortune 500 companies around the world including: Capital One, Cisco, Prudential Financial, Cushman & Wakefield, The United Way, AT&T, Campbell Soup, Guinness Brewing, Lucent Technologies and many others.
They have extensive experience designing and implementing strategic plans, large-scale cultural change efforts and leadership development programs within a wide range of industries including: banking, telecommunications, entertainment, insurance, automotive, food and beverage, semiconductor manufacturing, real estate and more.
Based on their work with over 50,000 employees, from the boardroom to the shop floor, they have recently co-authored The Power of Strategic Commitment: Achieving Extraordinary Results Through TOTAL Alignment and Engagement. (AMACOM, July 2009). The book offers readers practical tools, proven methods and meaningful case studies garnered from a broad range of global companies.
